Located east of Bordeaux and only 7 km from the town of Monflanquin with all the amenities that you will need, bakeries and supermarkets and a range of restaurants and bars. Vineyards all around. The villa has been recently refurbished and offers comfortable modern accommodation. The gated pool is a bonus and the villa also has large shaded lawned areas perfect for children to have freedom to roam. |

Pretty country style interiors with open plan dining/kitchen area, and cosy lounge. The ground floor hosts the main living areas as well as a cloakroom and utility room. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate shower. The first floor has a double and a twin room, both with sloping ceilings and a shared shower room. |
