The house - complete with orchard and cider press - is located in the small village of Villers Canivet, five minutes drive from the historic town of Falaise. It's just 40 mins from Caen, 80 mins from Le Havre and easy to reach by boat/train/flight.
Close by are chateaux, local markets, beaches (approx. 40 minutes), and sporting activities, however you may just want to stay closer to home, lazing in the hammock in the orchard or taking a gentle stroll to the local boulangerie for fresh bread and croissants. |

There are three gîtes varying in size, all with original oak beams and exposed stone walls. The accommodation has been stylishly renovated to create a suite of rooms which are toddler and baby-friendly.
The décor is a stylish mix of French and English country styles to create a relaxed, traditional atmosphere. Three gîtes sleeping from 4 to 7 people are arranged a central grassed courtyard and share a huge playbarn and outside play area.
Each gîte has a TV with English language channels (including CBeebies) and DVD player (selection of DVD's available). Fully equipped kitchen. |

Our wonderful outdoor heated swimming pool with lots of fun inflatable’s for the children and separate deluxe spa area for adults with a furnished wooden-decked terrace area for relaxing in the sun. French regulations ensure that it is extremely safe for children with fencing, gates and life-saving equipment to prevent any mishaps. |
