C’an Xaloc is an excellent country house which has been recently fully refurbished. It is in a very quiet location, just 3 kms from the atmopsheric old town of Pollensa with its market, winding streets, lively square and very good restaurants, and with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. It’s an easy 10 min drive to the beaches of Cala San Vicente or Pueto Pollensa.With its ideal location, fenced pool, and flexible, spacious accommodation, it’s an ideal villla for a stress-free family holiday. |

It is decorated in a simple, but very comfortable rustic style. On the ground floor there is an entrance into a hallway which leads to an open-plan living/dining room with open fireplace and a door leading to the covered terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate laundry room with washing machine. There is also a separate cloakroom. The Master double bedroom has a bathroom en suite and access to the large covered terrace. There are two twin bedrooms which share a separate bathroom. There’s a mezzanine level, accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room, with a library and a terrace that enjoys superb views of the surrounding countryside. The Master bedroom and communal rooms have air-conditioning. The private swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 5 m and has Roman steps. It is surrounded by ample terracing and has been fenced for safety. The house is set in mature gardens and there is a further covered L-shaped porch which is ideal for dining al fresco. There is also a built-in barbecue. |
