Just oustide the beautiful fishing village of Fuzeta, halfway between Faro and unspoilt Tavira on the eastern Algarve. There are a wide range of excellent local restaurants and ammenities in Fuzeta. The bigger shops and banks are only 10 minutes away in Tavira. There are several fantastic child friendly beaches within 5 minutes of the villa (one accessed by boat and one by a small train!). |

This is a spacious and stylish luxury villa .The villa is set in landscaped grounds that are totally enclosed and secure with electric gates. A key feature is the outdoor kitchen and covered dining/lounge area - the perfect place to sit and watch the children enjoy their holiday while you relax and recharge the batteries.
The garden has a big 12m x 6 m pool with an extra large shallow end, perfect for kids of all ages. There is a certified child safety fnce and gate around the pool for peace of mind. Also outside is a wooden purpose built kids play cabin and loads of garden toys.
Inside the villa is furnished to the highest possible standards with every mod con available (including 3 TV´s with SKY packages)and there is a large stylish kitchen with every applicance you'd need and a comfortable spacious lounge for relaxing.
The house is perfect for families with children of all ages.
There are 4 ensuite bedrooms (1 x superkingsize, 1 x kingsize and 2 x twin bedrooms) with the master suite having plenty of room for extra cot and even a sofabed for young children who want to sleep nearer Mum and Dad in a new house.
