This stylish villa is ideally located in the resort of Praia de Gale with shops and restaurants: the closest shop opposite the villa and restaurants are within walking distance- and only 500m to the nearest beach. This is a very attractive villa with a child friendly pool, enclosed garden and within walking distance to the beach which is only 500m away. The nearest town is Armação de Pêra, a bustling seaside town well known for its fine seafront fish restaurants. |

The striking villa is decorated predominantly in white, with an airy open plan and vaulted living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with twin doors directly to the terrace and garden. The living area has a fireplace, and there is also a utility room on this floor.
A twin and a double bedroom are found on the ground floor with two double bedrooms upstairs, both en-suite and one with private sun terrace.
The garden has a large lawned area perfect for children and the pool ( 6mx6m)has a retractable cover for added safety.

Inside the villa is furnished to the highest possible standards with every mod con available (including 3 TV´s with SKY packages)and there is a large stylish kitchen with every applicance you'd need and a comfortable spacious lounge for relaxing.
The house is perfect for families with children of all ages.
There are 4 ensuite bedrooms (1 x superkingsize, 1 x kingsize and 2 x twin bedrooms) with the master suite having plenty of room for extra cot and even a sofabed for young children who want to sleep nearer Mum and Dad in a new house.
