Surrounded by beautiful gardens and situated above Lake Viñuela with spectacular mountain and lake views. One mile outside the village of Periana. (See live camera views on our website). Periana is a small agricultural village (pop. 3600) but has all the usual shops, supermarkets, chemist, doctors, dentist, bars and restaurants. It provides the ideal base for exploring inland Andalucia, for walking in the mountains, or for visiting the nearby beaches. There are 14 pages of “Things to Do” in the area on our website.

Ten one or two bedroom self-catering cottages built in Andalucian style with wooden beamed ceilings and furnishings. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with all necessary utensils, microwave, gas hob, fridge etc. In the sitting room there is a log burning stove for winter nights and air-conditioning throughout which provides heating in winter and cooling in summer.
There is satellite TV giving all Spanish and UK Freesat programmes as well as a DVD player. DVDs available on free loan. Free Wi-Fi is available in all cottages and on the restaurant terrace.
Bathrooms have bath with shower.
All bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Pool towels are available for a small charge.
All cottages have a safe, smoke alarms, terrace and BBQ.
There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

12 x 6 metre “soft water” swimming pool, securely fenced to the latest European standards and has a shallow end with easy access steps for children.
Swings, slide, see-saw, mini golf course, football area and games room with table tennis, table football, and darts.
And for those days when you don’t feel like cooking there is a much praised on-site restaurant and bar serving home-cooked Spanish and Mediterranean food using fresh local ingredients. Children's menu and take-away service available. The kitchen is experienced in dealing with special dietary requirements and will modify dishes or cook to order. Current à la carte menus can be seen on the website and there is also a Menú del Dia at lunchtimes.

Cots, high chairs, sterilizers, baby baths, changing mats, baby monitors, toys, buggies, stair gates and other safety equipment.
