30 studio apartments and 1 two bedroom apartment.
All apartments have wooden floors and modern furniture.
Some of them have a pretty loft conversion with a standard double bed, wardrobe and a desk with TV. Others have a private garden or private balcony where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast or lunch.
Sofa beds (double) and chair-beds (single), are very comfortable and offer the opportunity to use the area as a sitting room during the day and a sleeping room at night.
There is a strongbox, telephone and TV in every sitting room.
The handy rollaway kitchenette is fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a hairdryer, towel warmer and shower.
A car space is available for each apartment at the Residence’s garage.
