The Podere l’Agave is made up of three buildings obtained from an old private house and farm building, with green lawns surrounding the apartments, two swimming pools and a playground for children.
The farmhouse takes up an acre of the whole property and allows children lots of space to play as they like and adults to rest and relax themselves.
In the main building are most of the apartments, the reception, main hall, relaxing area and the old barn. Breakfast is served in the main hall and the garden as well as product tasting (cold meats and salami, home made marmalades from the fruit trees, extra virgin organic olive oil) and the best products of the area (red wine, cheese, honey).
All the apartments were completely renovated and are characterized by the colours of the surrounding nature: blue, azure, orange, yellow, ochre, pink. The rooms are simple but warm and homely thanks to the materials used: wood, stone and marble. They have their own porch with table and chairs.

Only around 80 miles from Florence, 50 miles from Siena and only 25 miles from the stunning towns of Montepulciano, Orvieto and the beaches and watersports of Lake Trasimeno. There’s a bar and restaurant within close walking distance, and the village of San Casciano is only 3 kms away. This has excellent facilities including shops, bank, restaurants and a spa center with a hot spring pool (very popular with young children )and luxurious beauty treatments. |

The main building houses an excellent restaurant offering superb Tuscan country cooking along with a reception and sitting area. Meals are taken inside or on the lawned terrace with dramatic views of the colourful countryside and villages. If you’re looking for a room with a view,this is it! Around 50 m away are the 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments featuring beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles, wrought iron bedsteads. One bed appts have terraces, shower room and 2 beds have terraces or garden with one shower room, one bath. Open plan sitting rooms with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area. They are set in mature, beautiful gardens full of lavender and roses. All have telephone and TV, daily maid service. |

Set on hillside and surrounded by woodland, Il Torino is equidistant from Florence, Siena and Pisa (around one hour’s drive to each). Excellent location for visiting all these beautiful cities have to offer. Plenty of small villages nearby – property is only 1km away from nearest, which has a pizzeria and simple shops. All facilities within 30 mins. Lots to see and visit within 10-30 mins including medieval towers of San Gimignano. There’s a tennis court at the property and plenty of walking in the woods! Perfect location for making most of Tuscany – both city and countryside. |

There are a couple of steps down to garden, so bear in mind for really wobbly toddlers. |
