Within a few kilometres of family-friendly Santa Eulalia, this delightful traditional Ibicencan home sits in a quiet country area with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Santa Eulalia is just a 10 minute drive away, with Ibiza Town and many other beaches within 20 minutes. |

An old traditional style building, dating back 350 years, the owners have carefully preserved the original beamed ceilings and much of the stonework. The comfortable living room has television and a CD player and leads into a large country style open-plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. On the ground floor there is large double bedroom, a twin room and a single room. There is a separate bathroom. On the upper floor there is a second twin bedroom, more suitable for children as there is no external window, and a single bedroom reached via a covered balcony/terrace with lovely countryside views. Outside there is dining furniture, a barbecue and the original old bread oven. Accessed via the patio area is a new fully tiled bathroom which also houses the washing machine . The pool is fenced,makign it an idealchoice for young children. |

Santa Eulalia has a good selection of shops and restaurants and a sea front promenade, which is perfect for an evening walk. The beach is long and sandy and there is a small marina, which has a diving school. The more lively bars, fashionable shops and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Ibiza Town can be reached within 20 minutes by car. The airport is just 25 minutes drive away |

The pool is completely separate from the house and is surrounded by a small fence, allowing peace of mind for those with children. Cots and high chairs are available on request. |
