Torba is a 20 minute drive away with a good selection of restaurants. Bodrum is ideal for a day or evening trip, with an exciting ambience, and plenty of shops, bars, clubs and cosmopolitan restaurants. Bodrum Castle with ramparts and rooms to view (a noted ancient glass collection) and an interesting museum is a must. Visit Ephesus, the best-preserved classical city of the eastern Mediterranean or take a trip to Milas Market, the largest open-air market in the region.

On shore activities include tennis with resident tennis coaches, competitions, team games and day trips and once a week there is a supervised junior disco for Gybers. For a more formal RYA stage 1-4 sailing course, children can be collected and returned to Gybers Club every day by their sailing instructor. Whatever the activity, children will have great fun meeting new friends and trying out new activities in a safe and controlled environment. Whenever there are large numbers of Gybers, usually during school holidays, Sunsail separate the Gybers into Junior (8-10 yrs) and Senior (11-12 yrs) groups for the week.
Beach Team: 13 - 17 years. FREE. Action packed and dynamic or chilled out and laid back - it's up to you with Beach Team! Teenagers can enjoy the fun and freedom of hanging out with people of their own age and take part in some awesome activities including 5 hrs of FREE Sailing lessons! Each week kicks off with a welcome party to break the ice and after that you can choose how much or how little you do. From informal instruction on the water with Sunsails qualified instructors to beach games, tennis matches and volleyball, there is something active and exciting for everyone to enjoy everyday.
EVENING CHILDCARE PROGRAMME: A night crèche and activity club will be offered subject to availability on the non-inclusive nights. This will enable parents to leave the club if they so wish. The night crèche will operate until midnight on a first come first served basis on the 2 non-inclusive meal nights and is offered to all nursery children, Minnows and Snappers. Parents may leave the site if they wish and all children will be signed in and out of the crèche. Activities will be organised by the Nursery Supervisor and there will be a selection of quiet games and videos. Children should come ready for bed. Cots, sleeping mats and blankets are available
