La Bigorre is a fantastic peaceful very family oriented holiday
destination...Ian and Robina make you feel so at home and give it that personal
touch you often never get today...nothing was never too much .... they are
fantastic hosts....facilities are excellent with super family
accommodation...nothing has been left out in La Bigorre....would strongly
recommend to any family plus grandparents or friends as there ' s room for all
extended families
We had a fantastic week at La Bigorre with our two boys, Thomas (4) and Liam (2). We stayed at "The Stables" cottage and it was perfect. Everything you need is provided (stairgates, highchairs, baby monitors...) and Ian and Robina will do everything to make you feel at home. They are fantastic hosts and make your holiday even more special. The pool is great for the kids and very safe and clean. The swings and slides were also a hit with the boys, together with all the other outdoor toys available (some of them are in a covered area, perfect for rainy days). The area offers lots of things to do with the children. Lovely beaches, aquarium, little steam train, zoo... I would certainly recommend La Bigorre holiday cottages. It's the perfect place to relax when you have kids. We absolutely loved it, so much so that we will go back next year.

What a wonderful place for our first real family holiday. The Vines is more baby-friendly than our own house! Robina and Ian have thought of everything and then some, from adaptor plugs to spare cafetieres! Thanks so much for giving us a truly relaxing time. One week isn't enough.

One of the most tranquil places we have ever stayed. Often the loudest voice is the beautiful birdsong. The pool is a perfect size and setting, overlooking unspoilt countryside…….The gite is well-equipped - the main bedroom has a fantastic view of the large garden - a great setting for football and cricket.
