We have just returned from a week at the Vila Vita and loved it. Our 18 month old loved the playground, the beach and the swimming pool. Although we didn't use the creche the babysitters were great, but equally the nights she came to dinner with us the restarants were great to take her to. The restaurants are expensive, but they aren't going to be cheap it isn't that type of hotel and if you stick to the local wine which was very palatable then the price of drinks isn't too bad. There is also a great Italian in the vilage that are very welcoming to children if you just fancy a pasta / pizza one night. There are plenty of buckets and spades provided on the beach or pop to the local supermarket where you can buy more and stock up on water etc for the room. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing holiday - highly recommended.

I would echo all the coments already given about this hotel .Having already
visited the swish Quinta de Lago region we were somewhat dissapointed as we
approached the hotel but once we arrived our worries dissapeared its a
wonderful place eating in the hotel restaurants although a little pricey was
a real luxury given the babysitting service and the buggy rides back to our
room made sampling the fine wines an absolute must !!!!!!!! cant wait to get
back

We've just returned from an excellent honeymoon at Vila Vita Parc with our 18 month old. I can definitely recommend the resort. The childcare and babysitters were all great and the hotel restaurants were very child friendly although possibly a little expensive. We had a Junior Suite with a cot which gave us loads of room for running around! The beaches are both clean and quiet with good sandcastle building sand and plenty of shells and rockpools too. We will go again!

Dear Debi

We had a wonderful time at the Vila Vita. All our needs were catered for - there was a cot, highchair, food warmer and even a potty in the room! The childcare was excellent as was the park and the pool/jacuzzi. the car was also great - no trouble at delivery and return unlike in most cases in our experience. We managed to sight see a lot as a result of the great childcare - good break for tired moms! We went to all the places you recommended and more - silves, monchique, faro, cape st vincente, lagos, olhao, loule and ate out at every meal (so can't comment on the hotel restaurants).

santa even visited on the eve and all the kids got presents. a very nice touch.

all in all, a very good holiday and a good rest. thank you for your help and congratulations on your website which i hope to use in the near future. all the best for 2002.
We went to the Vila Vita Parc in November and loved it. Our six month old
was cared for in a lovely crèche - on two days he was the only one there.
Our room was wonderful only a 2 minute walk to the health suite and swimming pool - where I got free swimming improver lessons. The baby sitting service was a huge plus as was the room service for the nights that we just chilled out together. Staff were very friendly both towards us and Louis. I would
thoroughly recommend it as a short break.
